This used Chiappa 1873 “Puma” .22 LR brings Old West single-action style to the range in a budget-friendly rimfire package, with a 4.75" steel barrel and classic six-shot cylinder that make it feel like a scaled-down cowboy gun every time you thumb the hammer back.  Built in Italy by Chiappa, it uses a blued alloy frame with a steel-lined alloy cylinder and barrel liner to keep weight manageable while still feeling solid in the hand, wearing black checkered synthetic grips with brass medallions for that vintage look.  Overall length is about 10.25", with a height around 5" and a maximum width of roughly 1.6", and at about 35 oz unloaded it has enough heft to sit steady on target without being cumbersome.  Chambered in easy-shooting .22 LR and built on a simple single-action mechanism with a side loading gate, it’s perfect for cheap plinking, teaching new shooters, or scratching that single-action itch without burning through centerfire ammo.  This example shows heavy finish wear and freckling along the barrel, cylinder, and frame—giving it a well-used, trail-gun patina—but it remains mechanically sound, making it a fun, character-filled cowboy-style .22 for the range or the ranch at a true beater-revolver price.
